- Increases oxygen intake capacity as on regular exercise.
- Strengthens Heart muscles by improving its pumping efficiency and reduces the heart diseases risks.
- Increases Basal Metabolic rate and Burns high calorie which accompanies the weight loose program.
- By toning up muscles improves Blood circulation throughout the body and reduces the risk of high blood pressure.
- Helps n increasing good cholesterol. That is HDL cholesterol.
- It reduces Colon cancer risk n men and women, and Breast and reproductive organ cancer in Women.

Aerobics is helpful to Cancer Patients. Recent studies on cancer patients shows that cancer patents generally suffered by loss of energy, fatigue, and poorly active in regular physical performances was treated with gentle but progressive aerobic walking Program. Patient walked on a treadmill for five days a week. They started from very low aerobic threshold. Their heart rate was controlled continuously and after one week the result was good enough. After five weeks the result was tremendous. The patient could walk 30 minutes continuously which was unbelievable in cancer patients and there walking speed was also increased to 5.5kph. All the cancer patient treated with these program were no more fatigue in their normal life and some was able to do jogging also. So Gentle, progressive and well controlled Aerobic Program is greatly beneficial to the cancer Patient.
